Updating OBi110 config with a script

I decided to experiment with using X_PublicIPAddress.  Unfortunately I have a dynamic IP, so I was thinking of updating this with a script when my ISP changes it.

I was thinking of emulating the "Restore Configuration" feature as it looks like a fairly simple file upload.  Before I do that I was curious if anyone else has done this or if there is a better way I've not thought of.
